Rebecca has served as an Engineer for the District since 2000. Her firm, Resilience Resources LLC, supplements the District's administrative staff with engineering and technical support. Their collective knowledge and expertise are invaluable in fulfilling the District's mission.

Merle has served the Clearwater River Watershed District since 1996. His extensive experience working in partnership with local units of government, state and federal government, lake associations, and related natural resource management groups has provided him with the basis for long-term planning that helps guide watershed district activities.
