Total Maximum Daily Load Reports

The Clearwater River Watershed District recognized early on the need to complete on the Total Maximum Daily Load (or TMDL) process for the principal waters of the District. The District coompleted the TMDL process and had its TMDL Implementation Plan approved by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on May 19th, 2010. The TMDL Implementation Plan guides the District and corresponding agencies in remediation of the imparied waters. This plan is an important component of the District's Watershed Management Plan.
