Board of Managers Meeting

December 26, 2007 – 5:00 p.m.

Annandale Middle School , Annandale , MN

Manager Brunsell called the regular meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Managers Marvin Brunsell, Jerry Risberg, Mark Kampa, Bob Schiefelbein, and Dennis Loewen were present. Others in attendance were District Administrator Merle Anderson, Kelly Bergesch, Norm Wenck, and Rebecca Kluckhohn.

Motion #WS-07-12-1: Risberg, seconded by Loewen, motioned to adopt the agenda.  All managers voted aye.

Engineers Norm Wenck and Rebecca Kluckhohn from Wenck Associates, Inc. presented an update on the Segner Ponds project:

·        2.5 days of construction work so far

·        Plans to start limestone treatment portion soon

The Board Managers began a visioning discussion. Notes from the discussion are presented on the following pages.

Motion #WS-15-07-12-2: Loewen, seconded by Kampa, motioned to pay the bills.  All managers voted aye. - Disbursements

Kampa – Offered to review O & M info for 1980 Chain of Lakes Restoration Project

Brunsell – Presented results of 1980 Restoration Project:

-     Historical review & accounting

-         Cost/location/P impairment

-         Public hearing (CMA will do)

Kampa – Lake Augusta erosion control project riser is complete.
