MINUTES CLEARWATER
RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT WORK SESSION STANLEY’S RESTAURANT, KIMBALL September 22, 2004 - 6:00 pm CRWD Work Session was called to order
at 6:00p.m. by Manager Liebrenz. Managers’
Virl Liebrenz, Marvin Brunsell, Bob Schiefelbein, Mark Kampa, and Dennis Loewen
were present. Also in attendance
was Administrator Merle Anderson.
Election of Officers was held with the following managers nominated: Manager Kampa nominated Manager Brunsell for Chair.Manager Brunsell nominated Manager Liebrenz for Vice-Chair. Manager Liebrenz nominated Manager Schiefelbein for Treasurer. Manager Brunsell nominated Manager Kampa for Secretary. Manager Liebrenz nominated Manager Loewen for PR&I. A unanimous ballot was cast for all
positions. The
CRWD Board of Managers and Administrator Anderson toured a potential stormwater
management area in Watkins with Lynn Hokenson, Watkins City Administrator and
the erosion control structure on the Ostmark Lutheran Church property near Clear
Lake. Motion
#WS04-09-01: Motion Liebrenz,
seconded by Kampa to authorize funding for the Ostmark Lutheran Church Property
Erosion Control Structure in the amount of $9,673.98. Managers Brunsell,
Kampa, Liebrenz, and Loewen voted aye. Manager Schiefelbein abstained. Motion

seconded by Schiefelbein to adjourn. All Managers voted aye. CRWD
