MINUTES CRWD SPECIAL MEETING ANNANDALE MIDDLE SCHOOL JUNE
4, 20 ANNANDALE,
MINNESOTA 55302 A special meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by
Chairperson Tracy. Managers John Tracy, Roland Froyen, Virl Liebrenz, Clarence
Klein and Marvin Brunsell were present. Merle Anderson, District Administrator,
Stan Weinberger, Attorney, Tom Melloy, Attorney, and Jerry Risberg were also in
attendance. Stan
Weinberger, Attorney, introduced Tom Melloy, Attorney. Jerry
Risberg, resident of Clearwater Harbor, attended the
meeting in response to the notice and asked questions about the status of the
community sanitary sewer system in Clearwater Harbor. Manager Tracy indicated
that MPCA has not issued a construction permit for the Clearwater Harbor
Sanitary Sewer Project pending outcome of the litigation. Following this
discussion, Mr. Risberg left the meeting. Motion #SM03-06-1:
Tracy, seconded by Liebrenz made a motion to close the meeting to the public at
7:30p.m. for Managers to discuss status of pending litigation with their
attorneys. All Managers voted aye. The Managers discussed the pending litigation regarding the
Clearwater Harbor Sanitary Sewer Project with the District’s attorneys. Motion #SM03-06-2:
Tracy, seconded by Liebrenz made a motion to re-open the meeting at
8:58p.m. All Managers voted aye.
