HEARING ANNANDALE
MIDDLE SCHOOL MEETING ROOM SEPTEMBER
12, 2001 AT 6:40 PM ANNANDALE,
MINNESOTA 55302 A public hearing on the Restawhile Shores Development was called to order by Chairperson Richard Eckman at 6:40p.m, September 12, 2001. Board Members in attendance were John Tracy, Roland Froyen, Clarence Klein, Richard Eckman and Marvin Brunsell. Others in attendance were: Stan Weinberger, Merle Anderson, Kelly Bergesch, Glen Sanders, John Matthees, Dave Carlson, Joy Carlson, Mark Kampa, Steve Zimmer, Donn Driver, Lisa Swenson, and Virl Liebrenz. Glen Sanders of Wenck Associates, Inc. explained the engineer’s report on this project. A motion was
made by Manager Tracy and seconded by Manager Froyen to amend Article 3.2 to
read in part…a gravity system would meet the minimum Stearns County and
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency requirements, but would not meet CRWD minimum
secondary wastewater treatment standards. All
Managers voted aye. Stan Weinberger, Attorney, explained the development agreement he had developed and reviewed with Dave and Joy Carlson of Carlson Investment Properties, LLP. At 6:50p.m.Chairperson Eckman continued the hearing until later. At 7:15p.m. Chairperson Eckman reopened the hearing. Joy Carlson thanked the CRWD for their assistance. A motion was
made by Brunsell and seconded by Froyen to close discussion, receive and submit
engineer’s report to the Board of Water and Soil Resources, and continue the
hearing. All
